Happy Birthday, Dad.
I'm sorry it took so long.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Once I rose above the noise and confusion
Just to get a glimpse beyond this illusion
I was soaring ever higher
But I flew too high
Though my eyes could see I still was a blind man
Though my mind could think I still was a mad man
I hear the voices when I'm dreaming
I can hear them say . . . .
What a beautiful and unique tribute to your father.
I hadn't realized he was so young in his passing, good Lord younger than I am now.
love ya Jamesy, mean it,
Oh my. Oh my. I am speechless. Your father must have been a wonderful man to command such beautiful words.
